“Great little store. We went on a Tuesday morning, and had a little story time and craft time for toddlers. Very friendly staff, and very nice selection of quality toys.”

“Cute little store, surprisingly good selection of kids clothing, from newborn to teenagers, I think. All new, all discounted. Some famous brands, some really famous brands, some I've never heard of, mostly European. Some cute jewelry and some toys, too!”

“Words can not express the care and comfort we received from the staff at the Neville Center. My grandfather spent the last 6 months of his life as a resident here and we can not speak highly enough of the care. His end of life care was far superior to anything we could have imagined and completely shattered any preconceived notions we had about long term nursing facilities. Please consider the Neville Center, you will not regret it.”

“You could not wish for a better property manager then Jeff and his team. They were beyond responsive whenever something broke or there was any kind of other issue. They are responsive and always try to help. And they made the move out during Corona times seamless, even helped with clearing the house, I would not have thought it possible but they made it happen. Thank you for everything.”

“Glad they're getting serious on masks, saw them asking someone to wear one the other day. A few weeks ago I saw a guy at customer service without one and nobody said anything. Improvement is good.”

“Home buying can be an exciting and stressful journey at the same time. We started working with Katya a little over 5 years ago and she made this journey so stress-free for us. She has a cheerful disposition and listens and understands your needs before presenting you with options. Katya is very patient and has the kind of knowledge one acquires through experience. She understands the market very well and assesses the property thoroughly to present the pros and cons which enabled us to make an informed decision. During our property visits, she never rushed us or showed any bias. When we finally found our home, she helped us negotiate a very good deal. Not only does she invest her time but goes over and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. She shared excellent suggestions on movers, plumbers, handyman and electricians, with whom she has worked with over the years. This resulted in us having a hassle-free move and helped us get work done at our new pad. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.”

“The staff here makes you feel so at ease with all they do. I brought my granddaughter for a checkup and the first thing she said to me when we left was “everyone is so nice”! Made things so much easier. Thank you .”

“I purchased a bike for my wife from here a few weeks ago. Ordered via the website, collected the bike from the store after receiving an email that the order was ready for pickup. Easy. Decided to purchase a bike from here for my son. Ordered via the website, received a cancellation email the next day because the bike was not in stock. A refund was promptly issued. Fair enough. I called the shop shortly after receiving the cancellation email to find out why no one reached out prior to cancelling my order to find a replacement, I mean, you already have my money. Seems like the logical thing to do. The gentleman helping me was as surprised as I was, and suggested that I reply to the cancellation email, which I did, to no avail. From the FAQ section of the website: Q: Is availability on your website accurate? A: Most of the time. However, due to increased demand, many bikes and products are selling quickly and may be unavailable when an order is processed. We understand this is frustrating and we are working on solving these issues to better serve you. Please do not call or email to ask if a bike or product is in stock. Your best option is to place an order as soon as you can. If you place an order and the bike or product you ordered is unavailable, we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable replacement if possible. I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic, and bicycle demand is skyrocketing, but that is hardly an acceptable reason for shoddy customer service. An email or call detailing my potential options should have been initiated prior to the cancellation of my order. I find it rather hard to believe that there were zero replacement options available at a shop of your size. If nothing else, this was a perfect opportunity to upsell me into something better. Trust me. I get it. Everyone wants a bike. Not necessarily a terrible problem to have if you're a bike shop. If the demand for such is so high that you cannot properly serve your customers, you may want to think about expanding your team. Customer service is the lifeblood of any retail business. UPDATE: In response to my email, Tom from Wheelworks contacted me via telephone with a potential option which unfortunately was not a good fit for my son. A day later he called me back with another option which was a perfect fit. The bike was ready in a couple of days, and my son couldn't be happier. While we got off to a rocky start, Tom's persistence and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right earned our business. Since, I have had another bicycle serviced there and am very happy with the results.”

“My two-year-old son has been attending Knowledge Beginnings since he was 6 weeks old. This is an amazing place! The directors, Sabrina and Linda, are fantastic, very prompt and responsive. The teachers are amazing! My son has advanced language skills and I credit it to his teachers. Every room he grows into gets better and better. Currently he is in a room with Jessica and Gabby, whom he absolutely adores. I highly recommend for other parentS who want a superior daycare experience.”

“Growing up Catholic, I was taken aback at first by the way the people praise God aloud but I have grown to shout out to the Lord myself a few times. These are good people here that only want you to know Jesus and follow the Bible. I'm not there yet, but I'm glad I went there. The music is great and they help people. They helped me.”
