“I used a civilian pharmacy (Active Duty military, usually go on base for medications, but the wait would have been 2.5 hours today) for the first time. The staff was nice and my prescription was filled quickly. They also made sure to mention possible medication hazards to me, which you don't often see with a busy place. “I love grabbing a cup of coffee at Acton Coffee. The folks behind the counter are cheerful and helpful. They've a great selection of coffees and teas, plus some really nice baked goods. On a cold winter's day it's always toasty warm and relaxed. My only (minor) complaint is that seating is limited -- probably to about 30 people -- which means you may have to order and leave. If nothing else it's a sign that I'm not the only one that likes the place. They do have free wifi and there's parking directly outside, or under the building they're located in. FYI, there's a Little Free Library about 100 yards to the left of the entrance (see my photo). So if you're looking for something to read you might find it there. It was put up by Unicorn Books, which is about 300 yards away from the Acton Coffee House, again over to the left as you're facing the coffee house.”

“Stacey has been treating me for infertility that I've been battling for 5 years. I had 3 failed IUI cycles and decided to find an acupuncturist that specialized in fertility treatment. Stacey was very thorough in gathering my medical history, and explained so many things about the IVF process that I didn't even know. I saw her for treatment during the 3 month process that was my IVF cycle and a frozen embryo transfer. I'm happy to say that my first round of IVF has been successful and I'm due in February 2017! I highly recommend seeing Stacey if you are undergoing fertility intervention!”

“I was really intimidated to try barre classes but now I am so glad that I did! I started back in January 2018 and now I am totally hooked. Julia and her instructors at Modern Barre are fantastic! They give different options for the exercises so that you can work at your own level, beginner, intermediate or advanced. Initially is was challenging but what was incredible and kept me going was how much of a difference I noticed in my strength, stamina and overall ease in my body as I move throughout my day. I am a massage therapist and I noticed a big difference in how my body felt less sore and stressed after working a full day once I was doing barre classes regularly. As a woman in my 40s, I have also noticed better pelvic floor tone. I feel lighter, stronger and more aware of my body mechanics as I move throughout my day. Do yourself a favor and start taking barre classes! I highly recommend Julia and her team at Modern Barre!”

“I googled outside seating seafood venues and Twin Seafood was one of the restaurants that came up. After careful consideration i decided to take my mother here, and it was a beautiful day to do so. Twin Seafood didn't disappoint. The food was fresh, delicious, and fairly priced.. The staff was friendly and accomadating, and the outside picnic table seating was very nice.. “Hit or miss. Some of the best pizza in Acton some days and some of the worst on others. Wish the pizza was more consistent. Added another star as food is better and new updates to the decor in the last few months. Still eat here and one of my favs in West Acton. “I used Orange Door for a kitchen themed photoshoot recently and I was blown away by the space. Chris and Meredith did an amazing job decorating and making the space picture-perfect. Not only that, but the light in there is perfect. There is nowhere else like this in Central Mass! It is a total gem. Chris was there the day of the shoot to show us around and help with props and anything else we needed. He even washed the dishes we used as props! I will be recommending this space to all of my fellow photographers and I hope to come back for a dinner event one day!”
