“I love Michaels. As an educator and generally creative person, there is so much to find here. I have always found what I needed and then some. Just walking around the store jogs my inspiration. The staff at this store is always friendly and knowledgeable. Many are "crafty". The store always looks well stocked and clean. Getting the emails and watching the coupons can get you some goid deals.”

“I have to be honest, usually when I go into this Lowe's it is very difficult to find help however very recently since the Quincy Lowe's has shut down there are more staff on the floor. I had to visit Lowe's twice in one week. And both times the service was absolutely over-the-top incredible. I had a question about a faucet that I needed answered and the girl in the department who introduced herself to me couldn't have been more helpful unfortunately I forget her name and the following week I needed help with wiring a hard wire smoke detector and the gentleman who helped me out was unbelievably friendly and helpful and right when he told me what to do”

He advised that they are now Eco-friendly with their PODS for the coffee machines which is of great importance to us as we try to reduce our enviromental footprint where ever we can. He also advised that they offer snacks fruit and a wide assortment of options. I was surprised at this level of knowledge,, but more so than that with him. His is dynamic and very passionate about what he does.. Great member to have on your team”

“I just got home after mailing a package at this store, it was my first visit. I couldn't have asked for better service. another customer was being waited on and out comes Bob ready to help me. Wonderful service and shining personalities in both of them. After my package was all wrapped up and ready to go we had a bit of a chit chat even though it was close to closing time. I'll definitely be back! I can't for the life of me figure out why some here left bad reviews. I saw nothing but great customer service and very friendly employees. “Nice stop and shop in a convenient location. The parking lot can get a little hectic and hard to navigate but there's plenty of parking. There is a lot of convenient stuff nearby as well, in addition to a Redbox movie rental and a bank location inside the store itself. It's our go-to shopping center when we are in the area.”
