Absolutely LOVE Bar Method! Have been taking classes throughout many life stages (pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and post-pregnancy) and have been challenged by the exercises along the way. The instructors are incredible and always make an effort to help with adjustments. Very highly recommend!
The Bar Method in Hingham is great! I really look forward to each class. I love that the structure of each class is the same but that the exercises are different and challenging. It never gets boring. The instructors do a wonderful job monitoring clients to ensure that they are doing the exercises correctly and safely. They are so good about offering challenges or modifications to meet the needs of their students. They also strive to learn everyone’s name and call out praise and encouragement during class. I highly recommend trying out the Bar Method!
