“Best cut I've ever gotten. They listen, but add input. Chill 50's pop vibe, great tunes, nice employees, super skilled at their craft. It was my first time there but I'll be back. Already getting phone numbers from the ladies at the bars.. I may just look too handsome now. :) I had Shane fix my mop, and he was super nice and made the whole experience easy and fun. Everyone--- from the professional Nursing & Rehab. teams, Administrative & Social Services staff, Activities & Volunteer Services, to all the dedicated Resident Aides, right down to the kitchen & custodial staff---has shown concern & compassion in caring for my mother. “My first visit to see Dr. Chang was on the 9th of August and from the moment I walked into the office, the staff was excellent! I was greeted with smiles from everyone and a beautiful welcome to the office and given the paperwork to fill out. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions prior to seeing Dr. Chang. The medical assistants that attended to me were all extremely kind and polite and had beautiful attitudes and smiles. They were absolutely delightful. Incomes the incredible Dr. Joyce Chang and I say incredible because that's exactly what I felt. She's very lovely, warm, compassionate with a beautiful smile, great attitude and very receptive to partnering up with me in my medical care decisions. She spent time with me , listened to me and I felt very respected and very important and I knew that she was concerned about meeting all of my medical needs. Dr. Chang did not rush me at all but took the time to listen to me and that was a great feeling! She did not force a protocol on me but understood what I was looking for in a physician. She also understood that my goal was to get off of all medications and she was 100% in favor of that as well.
