“Although I have not stayed here personally, I did have a family brunch here for my birthday and the food was pretty good! The only issues that I encountered were that the television screen said that the brunch was 30 minutes before it actually started but that is all. Overall the food was great and I really recommend the french toast!”

“Beatiful area with good solid cabins for camping, fire pit included and good fishing in the canoe river. Incredible display of ecology of rivers in our area. In the summer and fall ive caught catfish, red tipped shiners, bass, perch, crappie. Otters will come throught river once and a while. There is a small store at the entrance to the campground. They sell basic things and also bait (night crawlers). There is also a snack stand open in the summertime. A small playground for kids as well.”

“Stayed here for business trip for one week in a studio suites. Pros: Great location to get on the highway Decent complimentary breakfast Good front desk and room cleaning service Big room space to chill Good price Cons: It doesn’t really count as Cons I guess. But during my stay, the hotel had a power outage, but I did not get any information on when the power was going to be restored or any process were made after the outage. It came back around 4am in the morning the next day. I hope that next time it happens, maybe at the power outage or after the power is restored, everyone in the hotel can get some information about it like having an email on that or something like that.”

“My husband and I have stayed here two years in a row on our anniversary/his birthday weekend. Lynne is a fantastic innkeeper/hostess/chef! She really took the time to get in touch with us before our visit to be sure everything was going to be to our liking. She will make your visit what you wish... if you want the historic tour, you'll get it! If you want privacy and peace and quiet, she'll just be there when you need her. The house has wonderful character and charm and so much history. The fire was roaring when we arrived and the entire visit felt like a special getaway for us from work and the kids, even if it was only a few towns away. I would go just for breakfast if I could, homemade and delicious.”

“Impressive customer service and commitment to making the stay comfortable. Very accommodating and the property was very clean and neat. Room was spotless and in good condition. The TV system was not Marriott's latest, lacks the guide and streaming - TV worked well with a reasonable picture. Bistro was above average for food prep within the Marriott franchises I visit. Bedding and bathroom were typical Marriott comfort. Great place for business or pleasure.”

“Great hotel. Came here with friends and family for a weekend trip. Great staff and service. Clean rooms. Gym and indoor heated pool. Conference rooms where we had private meals together. Nice lounge area with a tv. Breakfast and coffee is great. I needed small things which I forgot like toothpaste and they were happily able to get for me. Parking is free and plenty of space.”
