The entire office and warehouse was moved over the course of 2 days including many large equipment pieces and valuable items. “The staff was very friendly and courteous even to the entitled customer next to me who was disgruntled about losing his truck after missing his scheduled pick up time (side note: if you're running late for your appointment, call and change the pick up time-- I did this at 7:25 for a 7am original pick up time and it was no problem--or make sure to pick up the phone if U-Haul calls so you can let them know you're still coming). There was a line when I went around 8am on a Saturday but the line moved relatively fast.”

“This review is about a cross country move (2700 miles) for a 2 BR apartment with lots of fragile furniture. TLC is the best moving company we've ever used. Communication leading up to the move was great. Florin and his team showed up on time, moved fast and wrapped/ treated our furniture with tons of care. Florin himself drove all of our stuff across the country and showed up earlier than he had anticipated, which was great for us (he communicated his progress to us along the way so we were prepared). He unloaded everything on his own and got it done in 3 hours. The quote was spot on and our furniture (and fragile kitchenwares) arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we will use them again if we move back to Boston!”
