Such a beautiful place. Breathtaking views. Lots of nice and friendly people.
Came here for a quick stop on the way out of town and was so blown away! What a beautiful place! Very well maintained trails and boardwalk.
This isn't a huge park if you are looking for paths to walk on. However, it is a free park and well put together. The paths are well maintained and the view from the tower is amazing. When you are down on the water level, you often can find all sorts of plants and animals with your children. This is a great nature park and worth the stop. The only thing we felt they could do better is to get a larger parking lot.
This place is so amazing that we went two days in a row. If you love nature you will be in heaven. Make sure you take the time to really look at everything! Tons of beavers (??? I think they are beavers??? I couldn't see their tails to verify), lots of amazing birds, fish, tadpoles, bullfrogs, toads, chipmunks galore! TIP: if you can, go one day as early in the morning as possible and go another day at dusk. The sunset is remarkable and the frogs at dusk sing a beautiful symphony.
A great place to experience some wet lands right off the highway. The trails are awesome for any level walker.
The tower is amazing and frightening at the same time....it moves!!!
