(August 8, 2020, 4:43 pm)It's Verizon. Good enough in-store service but it isn't the smallish (helpful) business like it used to be either. Used to be able to walk out of the store with everything transferred onto a new phone. It's not the worst DIY process but it's not much better than having teeth pulled either.
