My mom feels comfortable and safe. She enjoys the meals, entertainment, activities and her new friends. This past year has been extra challenging with Covid. The staff has been so positive and very creative keeping the residents engaged. They have given the residents as much independence as possible, still keeping them safe and following the ever changing guidelines. I am grateful for the hardworking staff, they are a special group.”

“I come to Phoenix often for work and I think I may have finally found my go to hotel! I'm so shocked to see the amount of bad reviews here. My experience was wonderful - the room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable I had the best night of sleep in a hotel I've had in awhile. I love that they provide a microwave in the room as so many hotels are doing away with that. The shower worked well - it did leak a little if you didn't push the handle far enough but easy to solve. The workout room was small but had an upright bike which I prefer over a recumbent bike. The location was fantastic - close to the interstate and also very close to a nice running trail. I definitely plan to stay here again!”

“I am an ICU nurse at a "large hospital" in Cleveland, OH, and was in McComb Township Michigan to help a former co-worker prepare for a move. While packing her home, her mother had a severe anaphylactic reaction, and was beginning to lose her airway. I was very impressed with the men from Medstar who treated her. They were there quickly, worked very well together, and within a few minutes had an IV started and medication delivered. Their conversation (between themselves) about the next steps if her airway closed were spot on, and although I was still concerned about her, I knew that her care was exactly as it should be. To their credit, and something that is not seen enough in healthcare today, they talked to her the whole time, calmed her down, told her exactly what was happening and what they were doing for her. I worked in the ED at Beaumont for 14 years prior to moving to the CC, and the crew from Medstar is the best I've seen.”

He is very friendly and will find a solution to any Dental issue that you have. Plus if you need/have dentures, he does all the work in-house so you can get everything you need done in fewer visits. Fewer visits means fewer co-pays, less wasted time and a bright beautiful smile a lot faster.”
