“I have to laugh reading some of the negative reviews here. Annie’s music is not trying to be all things music to all people and in my opinion it is rather foolish to expect it to be. What they are very good at is stocking virtually all of the required music for local competition, especially for school age piano students. This place is a literally a godsend for piano teachers. They carry a few accessories like guitar strings, clarinet reeds, etc., as a service. Obviously, they are not going to have a comprehensive selection of these things like you would find at Guitar Center or a store specializing in band rentals. To expect that they would carry these things at the same price as a high volume retailer is not very smart. I’m not looking forward to the day with all the brick and mortar music stores are gone and I am grateful along with many other teachers that Annie’s Music is there. I am sure it has been a struggle for many of these retailers to keep going during the pandemic and as things improve, I expect to see these businesses able to carry more stock, more variety and hire more employees. For now, I think we should all support them and treat the employees with the respect and kindness they deserve for being there to serve you.”

“I love this store! They helped me put on my wipers I purchased when I came back. The lady manager was there by herself and said if I wanted to wait or come back someone would help. I went to Gordon’s because I had some things to get and then went back and the guy that came back from a delivery helped put my wipers on. Reading some of the reviews I was skeptical to go here but they were great! Another example of you shouldn’t believe everything you read. Customers are ignorant sometimes and I’ve seen it. They get rude and expect you to still help them. I work in customer service and that’s not how it works. You get what you put out in the universe. People should understand that. “I walked in the other day asking about their battery warranty program but I couldn't find my receipt and really didn't understand how things worked. A lovely older gentle men when out of his to assist me in trying to find the receipt digitally. With no luck I decided to purchase a new battery while gaining valuable advice along the way. When I tell you this man has optimal customer service skills I mean it. He was kind, informative, and straight up hilarious. I'm unsure of his name but he deserves a raise. That man made my day. “Simply Elegant Chair Covers was an amazing solution and much needed answer to an event planning roadblock we unexpectedly faced. Our plan was to use black Chiavari chairs for a formal event, and we could not secure the number needed anywhere in our area. “This is my first time buy a chassis like the Delta 14, and it is excellent. My intention was to make my M1A Scout Squad, into a "true" Scout rifle, based on the specs called out by Col. Jeff Cooper, who pioneered the concept. The use of the new chassis allowed me to drop about 2 pounds (my scale unfortunately is not accurate to the ounce) from the rifle and it is noticably handier. Not withing the 7 pound or less spec he designated, but with rapid semi-auto fire, I believe it's "close enough". The design is extremely simple, yet handsome, and "tactical", while retaining a more traditional form factor that in my view is way more elegannt than my AR-10. Though I truly love the traditional walnut stock, this weight savings, sleek form, and quicker ability to point it well make for a wonderful variant I am happy to be able to field. I also had the good fortiune to speak directly with the founder Bill, and he was incredibly kind with his time and advice. Product is quality material, a very stout build, and fit my action and trigger assemblies with tight tolerances. I will not be suprised to see increased accuracy based on this.
