“Josh was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all helpful. He had just finished cleaning the carpet upstairs when one of our dogs peed on a wool area rug. He just used his hoses and mopped it up. I was so impressed with his caring and helpful attitude I asked if he could clean the whole rug. He was so amazing.
