Because it's plenty of place's to sit; and placing pews out there enables, encourage the homeless to sleep there.. keep it a place for the children and not for adults to come congregate.”

“There is an incredible arboretum here of many large old trees of many kinds, so it is a great place to wander. There are also incredibly maintained gardens packed with perennial flowers around the building and memorial fountain. Lots of perfect baseball fields some wonderful old stone BBQ grills with chimneys (1930s?). A natural urban stream runs through here so I see geese and groundhogs. The cottonwoods in the middle are quite majestic.”

“Very nice. The entrance to the park was very crowded but once you got deeper in there was a lot of space and my family and I found a very good, shady spot. Lots of DNR and State Troopers patrolling... Once all the grass can be cut it'll be a lot better. However I love and have always lovedthis park. I felt completely comfortable and safe today. “Regarding the store near Telegraph and West in Brownstown. I needed a few specific automotive hose adapters to backflush the heater core in my daughter's 2011 Edge. I was undertaking a real red neck operation, and needed to connect two car hoses to garden hoses. And I found the 3/4 diameter adapters! Very happy! Then I needed radiator fluid and distilled water. They had the radiator but do not carry distilled water. Very sad! Therefore, four stars. Had to go to a grocery store for the water. I gave them 5 stars.”
