“I had an excellent experience using this service to transport my dad to the hospital for surgery, as he is wheelchair bound and it is difficult for him to transfer. I booked the service the day before his surgery, as I had little notice from the hospital. They came through for me in a pinch with flying colors. Driver Erin could not have been nicer or more professional. The van was very clean, and dad could be transported in his own chair, with a ramp and many safety belts for his protection during transport.”

The sales rep that tended to my purchase was Alvin and I can't see why I wouldn't be going back to him for my next vehicle. Alvin was very polite and personable and very much appeared to be on my side. He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit. Also, the ladies that work in the office were very polite as well. Hard working women. If you are looking for a good vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Legend Motors of Waterford. 😎”

“Rented the Rolls Royce for my nephew’s prom and the driver Chris was outstanding; he called when on his way to make sure the address was correct, was professional, and called with updates throughout the night. He also called the next day to inform me that my nephew left his debit card for pick up. The only thing that prevented a 5 star review is the communication leading to the event wasn’t there - I had to call to make sure all was confirmed as well as call twice for my receipt once paid in full. This is super important when there’s a purchase of this magnitude and when there’s a special event to assure the client all is well. I’m seeing the bad reviews and feel bad, but also very happy we didn’t experience any of it. Thank you Nader and Chris!”

Once we arrived, my experience was seamless. I received a free upgrade. The drop off process was also smooth..too smooth... In fact, it all seemed too easy. Great attitudes, great smiles, great reception from start to finish. Our drop off shuttle driver Rodney was exceptional. He had a wonderful disposition and he even helped with our bags.
