“Dr. Rama and dr. Houlilou performed my fathers endo vascular Abdominal Aortic aneurysm surgery today. They were nothing short of amazing. We are still blown away by St. John MoRoss hospital and Dr. Rama. We didn’t get to meet Houlilou but he was also performing the surgery. Dr. Rama was very thorough with all of our questions, went out of his way to come and talk to all of us in the waiting room to answer last minute concerns we had 2 times before the surgery, sent a memo during surgery that all was well and what time to expect him to be done, and met with us again after the surgery to let us know everything went perfectly which was a huge relief. My dad is doing great and is only 5 hours Post-Op and is set to come home tomorrow if everything continues. The office staff, especially a lady named Angie at Rama’s Office is also very attentive and answered all of my questions prior to the surgery. I am super pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Rama & Houlilou!!!!”

“We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”

When I had a small issue she sent me to a specialist just to make sure that it wasn't anything bigger, which I appreciated her thoroughness. While preparing for my c-section she offered to hold my hand during the spinal, that was really sweet of her. I really have no complaints and I would tell others to give a doctor a chance before just going off reviews. One doctors persona may work for one person, and may not for another, and its important to find one that works right for you.”

“My name is Laurence Fitzgerald (Larry). 15 years ago, on Sept. 9th, 2005, I received hip replacement surgery with Dr. Richard Perry doing the surgery. I was scheduled for a 9:00 a m procedure BUT Dr. Perry had some reservations about the sterility of his surgical instruments and directed his staff to RE-STERILIZE his instruments. My IV was capped off, I left Bon Secours (now Beaumont Grosse Pointe), returning about 4 hours later for the procedure at 2:00 p m. He did an AWESOME job and gave me my life back. I had been crippled for at least 2 years in the prime of my middle age (50). It’s now 2020 and I have enjoyed wonderful mobility these past 15 years. Dr. Perry”s exceptionally high standards and dedication to excellence are an enviable level of professionalism rarely seen. I’m not saying Dr. Perry can “walk on water”... but, if he did...
