“The hotel was clean and comfortable for what we needed. The staff was professional and kind. The female employee did mix up our accomodations and put another guest in the room that I specifically said two of my female coworkers were assigned to. I provided her names and all and still received a call from my colleagues about this at midnight. My colleagues decided to stay in a third room that was thankfully reserved, however, so it worked out. They were especially kind in the fact that I accidentally left newly purchased food in the room refrigerator when I checked out, and they kept it in their fridge until I could get it later that day. I was so grateful because they didn't have to do this.”

“I've been here 2 yrs first year wasn't bad but now I've got kids riding through my lot on minibikes and motor cycles got all of this on my cameras took this down to the office showed them I blocked off the walk way to the basket ball court behing me did the work out of my pocket last night had some guy sit on the fence and bent the crossbar which I have on camera to add to had a broken water main on my property which ran for for almost 24 hours so my entire property was under water plumbers showed up the next day and half sss fixed it as was the street plumbers left a huge hole in my yard they brought in some top soil yesterday spread that around today which i have all on my camera's maintenance shows up with a small front end loader took one load to the hole went back for another load and got stuck they been out there d digging it out making a bigger mess of my yard”

“I love this place and would totally recommend. We have been to quite a bit of hotels, ranging from 3-4 stars and I would have to say that this place outclassed them all. The people here treat you like a friend and are so accommodating. No words can describe how comfortable they made us feel. This place is so clean, so big and the beds are so comfortable. You get free wifi, there is a pool, coin laundry, free breakfast and free movies during our stay. A huge bonus is that they are pet friendly as well (with a fee put to good use when you see how clean it really is) Parking is free as well. There are also lots of stores and restaurants nearby. “This hotel was great for our stay needs. We were visiting the downtown Tacoma area and this wasn't far. It's close to a city bus location, so mass transit was easy. The hotel's room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very nice. Very clean and inviting. The staff was very polite and helpful. The Holiday Inn and the staff were great. The only downside is the neighborhood is a bit loud and a little rundown. However, this is a location I would stay at again if in the area and in need.”

“Myself and my 3 year old stayed a night on 3/11. We didn't get in until about 1:30 and were both completely exhausted from being in the car so long. The guy that was at the front desk that check is in was super kind and got us checked in extremely quick. The hotel was pretty full and it was about 26 degrees outside. I asked where I could park that would be the easiest for us to get to the room. He went out and check the parking lot. I told him that I would just bring our stuff up to the room and we would come back down and move the car. He allowed me to just move my car up and out of the way so I wouldn't have to come back down and try to find a place and walk back with my kiddo. It was so much appreciated! The hotel overall was very clean and updated. The room was very nice and also clean and the bed was so comfy!! I would definitely recommend!”

“Angela's is my newest favorite local sandwich shop. This is such a gem to live nearby. Each week they rotate through a weekly sandwich special and always carry traditional favorites like the Italian. Their sandwiches are made on fresh bakery bread with fresh ingredients and unique combinations. Their bakery items are delicious as well but they vary in what they decide to make that week. One time they carried Cronuts and I hope they bring them back as a permanent item!”

“Took my Ram in with air suspension to get a 5” lift on it with new wheels and tires I got from Marcus also. First off Marcus has been great at keeping me in the loop on how things were going during the loft process. When I got it back all I could say was WOW! Ram looks great and Marcus’s customer service was top notch its no wonder hes doing my wifes 2021 Rubicon now doing a 3 1/2” lift now. Marcus was super knowledgeable and for that I am thankful. “First, let's remember we are reviewing an economy level motel and not a Five Star resort; from the economy level, this property far exceeds that of comparable motels. The building, itself, undergoes constant maintenance, which is more than I care to say about other properties of equal or similar rates. Housekeeping leaves the room as fresh and stocked as the day of check-in, and the presentation is impeccable. Other Red Roof Inns not only seal off their lobby so your check-in is performed in a dingy, mold infested vending machine area, but this property provides coffee and tea in the spacious lobby 24/7, just like the days when service was the category, and hospitality was the essence of the motel and hotel industry. There are wall mointed climate controls inside the rooms, and the units do not roar, rumble or blow molded, stinky air throughout the room when powered on after months of sitting dormant; one won't even know the unit is operating. If Red Roof Inn, or another economy based motel is what you're looking for, beware if ceilings that haven't been cleaned or painted in decades, careful you don't error on the side of caution when you think being near the Braves stadium at the Ballpark Red Roof Inn is a good idea. You'll be met with wallpaper hanging off the walls, and Broom Hilda welcoming you at the vending area, plexiglass window, with her snarl as if you have nerve wanting a safe room for the night. She certainly doesn't fit the image of a hotelier that appreciates your business. Red Roof Inn / Kennesaw GA is what you would expect, you get your monies worth, and you won't regret having made the decision to save on your stay. Written by a real guest, expressing genuine opinions and speaking from experience. I've stayed at 5 Star resorts and hotels, and I have experience staying at 2 and 3 Star properties. Keep in mind what a 2 Star is intended to provide in the way of savings, then rethink your petty criticisms. This place exceeds the rest in that category.”
