“I enjoyed my stay at this La Quinta Hotel! This was my second time staying here. It has a great location close to the Metro Detroit Airport and car rental return. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean! Front desk staff are friendly and helpful! There is a Bob Evans Restaurant right next door within walking distance. The hotel is also close to a gas station and a Starbucks if you need those before you head out. I look forward to my next stay here!”

Since she’s been here, on multiple occasions I’ve had to go in and talk to her or call the office, and she’s always promptly there and ready to help! Hopefully soon they repave the roads, but for now the fill ins are helping!”

“Just a very big THANK YOU to Jonathan who went out of his way to help me with a tremendous amount of luggage as I was checking out. My Mom passed away this year and I was in town to take things back home. As a result, I had 3X the normal luggage. Jonathan was very kind and graciously offered to cart everything from the hotel room to my SUV. I think it took three (maybe four) trips to get everything out of the hotel room, but Jonathan did it with a great attitude and very quickly but effectively. His kindness and quick to assist attitude significantly helped to make a difficult day a little better. Uriah at the front desk was also very helpful in allowing me to have additional time to get everything out of the hotel room. Thanks so much to Jonathan, Uriah and the staff at the Hampton Inn!!! Your help and understanding of this situation were deeply appreciated!”

“We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with most aspects of this hotel. The property is at a wonderful location with restaurants and activities in walking distance. The building is older and could use updates, but is nicely maintained and felt safe. The room was clean and had the standard amenities to include microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The bed was comfortable, and contrary to another review I read, the sheets and other bedding was in good condition. I would recommend that housekeeping invest in a new vacuum. The carpet is clean, but the tile could be done better. The window is caulked shut and could not be opened despite the design to be opened. I like fresh air and would have appreciated the option to open the window in the evening. Parking is a little funky and the entrances to the building are not convenient for rooms on all sides of the building. Smokers gather and smoke at front entrance which is unpleasant for none smokers who enter the building. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.”

“For the most part, I was pretty satisfied with this hotel all of the front clerk desk people were very nice and friendly, especially Bridget and Kendall. However, the only one that was not very friendly and acted like you were bothering her when you asked a question was the person that turned out to be the general manager which was very disappointing. The breakfast was good, but I think they could offer a few more choices . The breakfast staff people were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were also more than friendly. They could use some improvements on upgrades because some of the things were outdated. They also have a pool and workout room which was very nice The hotel is also in a pretty good location. Now if they would just get a better general manager, they would be close to perfect.”

“Angelo took my information and promptly replied to me with a quote on the tire size I requested and gave me three separate options. I made a selection and the tires were there the next day the following day they replaced 2 of my tires. Not only did they mountain balance on but he actually took the time to sandblast the rims and get the oxidation off there so I will not suffer from the annoying rim leaks. I did not request this and that is why I took the time to give them five stars. Good customer service is impossible to find these days but there still may be a few this is one of them”
