Our driver offered the group a bit of humor without overstepping the lines comfort. We had an awesome night and didn't have to worry about anything, which is a huge relief. “Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.”

“We went with some friends last week and the service and food was amazing, being half Polish, my daughter an I felt like we were at a family members house! The best tomatoes I've had in a long time, vine ripe, sliced and served on a plate, a big bowl of slaw and a plate of pickles and peppers, then came a cup of a beef based cabbage an carrot soup, Ella my 5yr old loved it! We ordered the Polish sampler plate, which had perogies, potato pancakes, and sliced grilled kielbasa, horseradish and sour cream, and a huge helping of fries that I'm almost sure were hand punched! The great service started at the door, where we were greeted by Russel who advised us of where to park, the older Russell inside was a great host, prebussing the table as we finished each course, the bar tender and server we amazing, an really made Ella feel at home, they brought her a plate of chocolate and kisses an even a baggie to take the rest home with her, we were invited there by a famous former Detroit chef which speaks volumes it's self.”

I like the music in the background and it gives me a relaxed feeling. I’m glad that they have a wood burning oven and we have this option right here on our island!!! “We had shelving installed in our attic. Pro Plus Services sent a very knowledgeable carpenter who was able to comply with our many requests. They left plenty of space under the lowest shelf for the new insulation to be added and gave us more shelving space than we knew could be accommodated. Our basement is now empty! ...and now ready to be finished, which I'll likely ask Pro Plus Services to do for us. The shelving were very professionally assembled and installed in a timely manner. Our only concession we had to make (willingly and understandably) was the early working hours to accommodate the unworkable temperatures that developed in the attic over the course of the day. Being a relatively handy individual myself, I didn't want to do the project myself because of the number of trips up and down the 2 flights of stairs, the brutally hot temperatures in the attic, and the cramped working spaces where some of the shelving was installed but Pro Plus Services made the job look effortless and easy. They completed the job in 2 half-days when it would have taken me at least a week to a lessor quality. I've since asked for their help with other projects around the house and also recommended them to our neighbors for challenging/undesirable projects that they have had done as well.”
