“Walk into the store with only a few minutes to closing...and I was GREETED with such kindness! The store is ran by husband and wife and they were both so nice and helpful! “In defense of the employees; this location gets a lot of disrespectful people who steal and move items around like nobody's business. It's hard for them to keep up with on a daily basis with a short staff. That being said, (most of) the staff are very kind people. The corporate side of the company couldn't care less about how hard they work some of their management staff though. It's apparently policy that the bathroom doors be locked at all times and if you need to use it you have to pull a manager away from their work to unlock it for you like a six year old asking a teacher for a hall pass. and god FORBID you ask the cashier for bathroom help because they will ANNOUNCE IT OVER THE INTERCOM.. again this is apparently POLICY. I dunno, just seems really asinine to me. Other than that, I see most of the managers intensely fast walking all over the place just to keep up with their employee and customer requests. Oh and never have I ever seen MANAGERS stocking as much as these guys do. they don't have any stocking staff whatsoever. So the 1300+ boxes getting stocked on the shelves every week? Thank the two main managers for that, Blue Beanie and Red Beard 👏👏👏 (I do not know their names but that's what I'm calling them and you should too)”
