To make a long story short, I have a Chi baby & originally took him to pet smart for his first grooming appointment and received TERRIBLE service. I was called to pick him up early because of “bad behavior” and a partial haircut and I still had to pay for it. I was very upset until I found this grooming salon, good groomer! From the moment I spoke to the lady to book the appointment to the time the appointment was finished, I was beyond satisfied and felt so relieved that my baby was able to be groomed as he looked ridiculous! The groomer at this place is SO patient and extremely welcoming. My dog was pretty nervous when we came in so the groomer sat with him to make him feel more welcome and comfortable. within an hour and a half, they called to have him picked up and he looked so handsome! He smelled amazing, his haircut was exactly what I wanted, his hair around his ears were perfectly cut, they did an amazing job and accommodated both me and my pup. I am very grateful for how patient they were with my chihuahua and how clean he came home! Thank you to the groomer we were given, you are wonderful and deserve a raise! Also, the lady who answers the phone to book appointments, you were amazing and so helpful for getting us in so quickly! This will be my new grooming salon (:”

“Love them! Boyfriend and I come here for all tire needs. Last year I had to go in to have 2 tired plugged. They were fast and efficient! Just had to go again thinking I just needed a plug because there was a screw. I had to wait a few minutes and found 2 more in my tire. They agreed I needed a new tire, grabbed one in good condition and gave me a discount on it. Guys are always so nice and quick!”

Once for the carpeting on the main floor (more cost effective that Home Depot with a better product too) and again for the basement remodel using both carpet and luxury vinyl. Pricing is very fair for the product you get (especially with the Costco cash back) and they have been professional both times. It did take a couple days to wrap up some loose ends with the basement install, but that was mainly due to my availability and basement floor layout which they worked to resolve with me while I was out of town.”
