They’ve updated their produce selection, have added more vegetarian and specialty beverage options like kombucha, etc. The store is always clean,And unlike Meijer They have ample cashiers working so your check out goes faster. They have a pretty good selection for a Detroit neighborhood grocer. Could use a bit more natural foods selection. Still, they have pretty much everything at a reasonably good price. Only real complaint is that some staff could care less to give customers good service. Not all... some employees are really sweet... but some just seem to be there to recreate a high school social hour type experience”

“You know what's annoying about scheduling service for an RV? You make an appointment but upon arrival are told to leave it there, they don't know when they'll get to it. After several days - or weeks - it's FINALLY done and you are presented with an outrageous bill. Oh, and the quality is often suspect. Not at JAM. They took my rig in at the time of the appointment and finished up in a very reasonable time while I waited. The cost was a fraction of what other places quoted for the same work, and the crew was nothing less than awesome. They listen to their customers and don't talk down to you or make assumptions of what you may or may not know. In addition to the requested work, Tom did a quick courtesy inspection of key items and gave me a run-down on overall condition and status. So refreshing to get good service. Thanks, JAM.
