“Well let me say that one day into my Drive Time experience I personally could not be much happier . I had for the most part a simply great experience with Drive Time in Taylor , Mi. They seemed rather busy at the time yet when my time came my salesman Daniel worked strictly with me and was most helpful with the process . Overall it took a couple hours all in all but in the end I drove away in a very nice looking very well equipped Nissan Rogue . So sure , its early but the 60 mile drive home was great . Everything works fine . I am happy .”

It's when it's time to buy books that you want to get there even before the store opens or you will be standing in line for a (long) while depending on the day and time. I'm giving it 4 stars just because when it's time to buy books, they might only have 2-3 cashiers working when they should have all of the registers up and running. I work in retail now but not up front but I hear all of the complaining that happens up front in the back room or the lounge.”

There were a couple mix ups but seriously they could have dropped all my food and told me it would be another hour, and I’d still leave a 5 star review. I told them that I didn’t have any cash for a tip and one of them said “It doesn’t matter, that’s what I get paid to do”. Mind blowing! All Respectful and everyone smiling! I went across the street and grabbed $40 for a tip…. I walked in and holy smokes there were about 15 kids working there. I would have never have known or I would have tipped them all. Being 52 years old, i have seen kids over the years get more disrespectful and a show a total lack of care towards others. Great Job! @owner - you picked the best! Thanks for making my year! :)”

Not impressed at all with their chicken nuggets, pressed chicken ground meat A&W has the best chicken fingers). And my sandwich build was a little bit sloppy yesterday, but again, their vegetables, their buns, and their burgers are all top quality and today (Jan 2022), they are my favorites. I also eat cheeseburgers from Wendy's, Burger King, and Five Guys. Five Guys and Culver's will typically give you fresh-made, hot food off the menu and that's awesome. If I want hot and fresh food from Wendy's and Burger King, I will ask them to customize the burger - no ketchup, or extra meat or extra cheese, etc.”
