“Donna Owens helped us choose furniture and accent pieces for my Dad's move to assisted living, where the focus was ease of use and mobility issues. Helpful advice; knew the inventory well. Helped us arrange special shipping. Great experience. Will consult with her when we choose furniture for ourselves in the spring April 2021: I returned to work with Donna to update furniture, art work, and rugs after the first positive experience. last fall. Donna worked with us for hours, helping us select about 30 new items. She checked on availability and gave us advice on protecting the furniture from stains, etc. She even prepared a quote for us as we pointed out pieces that we wanted to consider several days from then. She was very nice about moving pieces around the showroom floor so we could see if they matched other pieces. Our order was complicated, but there hasn't been a single glitch, thanks to Donna. She let us know that she would be away from Hom the next week and set up everything so that we could make final selections in her absence. That process was seamless and help from her colleagues Ray and Travis was great! Recommend setting up an appointment to have Donna help you, especially on orders where several pieces are involved :-) Deb and Mike”
