Absolutely the best gym hands down! The owners are down to earth, authentic, caring, fun and motivating! The members treat each other with kindness, compassion and support...Cheering each other on during wins and helping one another during hard times and struggles. This place does not only focus on physical strength and fitness, but works on the person as a whole. This place, the coaches and the members have helped push me to over come personal, mental and physical barriers. I never imagined myself working out at a gym like this, now I can't imagine myself any where but here! TFW for life!

This place has been completely transformational for me! In 5 months, I’ve become physically & emotionally stronger. I feel more confident than I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I’m happier, a much better wife & parent. It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked out consistently your entire life or never stepped foot in a gym before. Reid & Kayla take the time to meet with each student to help set up realistic goals. They are authentic & genuinely care about the progress each student makes to improve their mind, body, and spirit. I absolutely love this place & can’t wait to go each day! Everyone is so welcoming & supportive! This place is unlike any other gym!
