(January 15, 2020, 9:23 am)EagleStrike Fitness is amazing. The coaches are amazing and make everyone feel so welcome. Once you become part of the group you're basically family. The workouts are always different, challenging for any fitness level, and SOLID. I've never walked out of class wishing I had more. I have never stuck with an exercise routine very long.. but I can't imagine not going to class. It's 1000% worth trying out!
