Swimming is such an important life skill, especially in MN, and every teacher we've worked with has helped our son progressively become more confident in the water. He went from hating having his hair washed to fishing toys off the bottom of the pool! On one instance we showed up half an hour late because I thought it was the later time (dad usually brings him), and they graciously fit us in to a class in the next time slot. “I LOVE Pure Barre! I never looked forward to working out, until I found Pure Barre. It challenges you in the best way. I am stronger and more fit than I have been in a long time, and there is still room for improvement. One of the things that makes this place so great are the instructors! They are all so kind, knowledgeable, and really know how to push you to be better. I really like how they walk around and make hands on corrections, that way you know you are getting the most out of your work out and doing it correctly. I cannot recommend Pure Barre enough!”

To date, I am in day #17 of the program and have lost 10# and several inches. I have more energy and less pain. The only downside is that I now have to buy new clothes.
