“So glade I found Bonfe! They sent out Joe to handle my plumbing service call and from the moment he arrived was very polite and respectful of the current covid environment. He looked at my job, and was very efficient and straight forward with the situation. Turns out it was more complicated than I predicted. I had an immediate feeling of frustration looking at a larger expense and right away Joe said “hey don’t worry yet, let me sort through some different options and call my manager and see what we can do for you. We want to make you happy I’m sure we can figure something out”. He really came through for me and we came to a great middle ground and handled the job. Additionally he had a no pressure sales tactic, just laid out the options and details of their monthly service plan benefits and got me signed up for that. I’m usually not big on those deals but it’s really worth it for all the inspections and discounts! Also, Jason came out for inspection and was very pleasant and efficient. If these guys are a good representation of the other techs hired I feel we’re taken care of with this company.”

“I currently drive a 2013 Scion FR-S with the stage 1 FBM kit and upgraded FBM radiator. I originally saw their kit for sale on Ebay and immediately contacted them to ask them a barrage of questions in regards to the used kit. This was back in May 17' when I first made my order after finally feeling comfortable. June through July I went through the process of installing my kit (taking my time) and getting the car tuned locally here in Houston, TX (Engine Logics). Long story short, my tuner and I had a tough time getting the car to idle/run correctly. After a couple of weeks of troubleshooting, we were able to diagnose a faulty injector (came with the kit) that had 0 fuel flow. Nonetheless through the entire month, the communication from FBM (LJ & Justin) they were very responsive and helpful on all ends. They also took care of me in other aspects of the build, since I had to deal with the faulty injector (we ended up cleaning it and getting it to work.) All in all, I would do business again with them, considering their communication skills alone. In today's society, being honest and responding to your consumers in a timely manner goes a long way.
