Taplin Soft Water

I had the pleasure of Robert coming out to my home for my water softener install. From the start, I knew I was in good hands. He was respectful, knowledgable, and on-time. Additionally, he explained to me the value in adding another component to my water system, which I happily added. He didn't try to pressure me into a sale, but rather explained the benefits and costs.

I also had the enjoyment of working with Ron when scheduling my appointment. He picked up the phone each and every time and answered all the questions I had right up until the time Robert pulled up to my home.

Highly recommend! Ron showed up the next day after I called him. He was a half hour early and did an install within 45 minutes. Very pleased with his knowledge and ability to diagnose the problem.
