“NOT your grandpa’s scooter - but it should be. Brace yourself, this could be long but worth it. We originally started with two older scooters and decided to replace them. We moved into an area with there were more hills and trails, and the scooters we had were not going to make it. While looking at other scooters we came across Five Star Scooters “Raptor”. We decided to call the store and talk to them more about their machine and equipment. Steve was the most excellently honest sales person that we have ever talked to. Not only did he answer our questions and there were many, but he sent videos, shares personal experiences and was honest and objective. He asked us what we were going to use the scooters for, he asked us how often we thought we’d use them, he made sure that the Raptor was going to fit our needs and more. He honestly cared! The moment the scooters came out of the box you could tell they were different. Yes, they are fast. But more, we could take them on trails that are other scooter couldn’t handle, we could take them down dirt roads and not have to worry about the our scooters not making it, we could go off the trail to see things that you normally wouldn’t be able to find.
