“Lake Harriet is THE SPOT! I mean there is DO much to do here its a full day hang out. First, you got the lake of course, which is so beautiful that just sitting by the water and listening to the waves is truly a blessing. Then the food menu is top notch! Your out of the sun when you order the food which is great! The picnic areas are clean and neatly put together. The trails are wide and open. No moving off the side for the on coming person 😃 and the parking lots are decently sized, and there is multiple parking lots, so if 9ne is filled there is another one next door! If you want a family day in the sun, this is the place!”

“For a small park it has a lot to offer. There is a path around the small lake to walk around. There is also a baseball diamond. And even an area for children to play in the summer like a splash pad and there is a playground. There are also Biffs for you to use the restroom. Small parking lot on site but plenty of parking on the streets. Expect to walk a few blocks if there is a big event going on at Powderhorn.”

“It's always A great place to brush up and keep you in consistent form. People who practice here are by and large courteous, and helpful about all things archery. Missed shot not uncommon to have several people help locate your arrows. But remember any place can be as welcoming or cold as the people who occupy it, so If you come out to shoot here have a similar mentality, keep it a great place and welcome!”

“Outstanding park with a an "up-north" feel right in the city of Minneapolis. Easily accessible from the blue line light rail. Ample parking is also available, but appeared to fill up quickly on the Saturday we visited. The star of the park is Minehaha Falls, a very large and majestic waterfall. Lots of opportunity to view the waterfall and take pictures from different vantages. There are also many pleasant walking trails, picnic areas, and other historic attractions in the park. Sea Salt is an excellent seafood restaurant located right inside the park, offering a plethora of fresh and tasty seafood options. The line gets long but it moves quickly. All in all a great place to spend a few hours to take a walk, see an impressive waterfall, and enjoy some tasty seafood.”
