No restrooms.A great addition to the neighborhood, but pretty slim for park space and features.”

I walked it again in the fall, and the views across the river to the color of changing leaves was beautiful.”

“Never knew this park existed until I signed my kids up for The Sanneh Foundation soccer camp. Thus was in early June. The field to play on was immense. There is a sufficient kidde pool, only porta-potty bathrooms. Although my kids said the building was open for their bathroom breaks. Playground was pretty nice for the big kids, but felt little kid one could use an upgrade.”

Dentist Health Park

“Took the family and they enjoyed themselves. The hubs and the teenager walked the trail while I watched. The teenager even got on the swings. His only critique was the chains were rusty. The basketball court was full and the kids were laughing and having fun. They have vending machines but the teenager got 3 dollars taken in one so be careful. Peaceful family friendly great atmosphere near shopping and restaurants.”

Beltrami Park

Address: 1111 Summer St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413, USA

Park

“Great park. Clean, plenty to do, and has a wading pool. I love that there's a little kid park and a big kid park. I gave four out of five stars because some of the wood in the little kid park is starting to deteriorate. Minneapolis parks seem to have some amazing unique wood playground equipment but it just isn't holding up. Hopefully it can be restored.”

Ridgway Parkway Park

“A nice place to look at the Minneapolis skyline, take a walk around at lunch. Or just eat in your car with a view, because we love our cars! ;-) Nice location, ports-potty and trash/recycling are nice. But just sitting on a bench looking at downtown a few minutes away is a nice place to take a break.”

Lake Nokomis Park Softball Fields

Address: 2401 E Minnehaha Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55417, USA

Park

“I played at the nokomis fields and it was fun. The area is bustling with people and it has such a cool feeling. However, wearing my cleats in the outfield is scary. The ground is so uneven and I was scared to roll my ankle. So tough game for that reason.”

Theodore Wirth Regional Park - Volleyball Courts

Address: 3200 Glenwood Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55405, USA

Park

“Fun to play volleyball here, but the parking is tough sometimes and occasionally an errant volleyball can end up going over the fence and into a small little marsh adjacent to the courts.”

Peace (Rock) Garden

Address: 4124 Roseway Rd, Minneapolis, MN 55408, USA

“Such a relaxing place to go! Will definitely be coming back many times. They have cute trails and a cute bridge with ducks. If you want to just get away from people or could use some great alone time, or couple time, this place is so perfect. You do have to pay for parking, but it's only a couple dollars.. It's worth it though.”
