I contacted Pioneer Midwest about sizing a ski to me because I am 6'4" and 230 pounds, not easy to find a ski that I will not crush. Matt & Jakob helped me find a ski that would work and we reviewed in detail current ski boots and running shoes to determine what size ski boots would likely work for me. Now that winter has started I have finally been able to use this gear. The boots fit great and the skis are amazing. “Just moved into a house with a hot tub and didn't know much about them. Some of the jets weren't working so I called Hot Tub Heroes. Pat was one time, and quickly diagnosed the issue but did not have the part. I am pretty handy so I asked him if he would show me what I needed to do to fix it and he showed me exactly how to install the $15 part once it came. I also picked his brain for 10 minutes on hot tub maintenance and he shared a lot of info with me. Next time I have an issue, I"ll call Hot Tub Heroes again. They also have areas to wash your floor mats. My rear wiper blade was taken off during a wash and they were kind enough to replace it. I never knew that a car wash service would have this much customer service. They have friendly staff and a good environment to be a customer in! I’m happy I use them!”
