This is the 2nd time I have worked with the Collison Department and with Paulo. As with the Service Department, I had an exceptional process in getting my vehicle fixed and all because of Paulo. He explained everything well up front and kept me updated through the process. Unbelievably nice to work with and will definitely continue to use their Department also if needed in the future!!

Extremely professional body shop, exceeded expectations with all service. They cleaned and detailed my car which it was cleaner after picking it up, than it was before i dropped it off..... I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Paulo was great making sure I understood the process and timing of when I would have my car back. Very polite and always made me feel like a valued customer.

Best Body Shop in Town!! They were really polite and transparent with the repairs with my car which is hard to find now a days. Sara was extremely welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns. They also have an online system that keeps you updated on the repair stages and gives you a chance to ask questions to your estimator. Pick up was fast and easy. Sara walked me around the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the repair as well. I hope I never have to bring my car back to the body shop, but if I do, I will definitely be bringing it back here.

My car sustained some paint damage (most likely caused by another car in a parking lot). We made an appointment to have it looked at, and were helped by Paulo. He was very professional and patient with us, explaining that one option available would be to remove them and then paint the entire door. We asked for ballpark estimates of the costs and time involved, and decided that was not our path for a 4-year old car. As he understood our reasoning he suggested another option which would be to buff the scratches out as they were not too deep. He also had a touch up on the scratches. We thought this was fantastic: he knew what he was doing, gave us options and we felt like we really mattered!
in under an hour we had our car back and he did such a great job that we couldn't even tell they were there. Paulo is the man to see! Thank you so much for all your help knowledge and experience
