I was quoted a significantly lower price than the charge ended up being when I picked up my vehicle. I was able to discuss the matter at hand with the manager Tom. Tom was congenial and was willing to listen to my complaint. He was able to review the service received and agreed that they should have done better. I received a refund from White Bear Lincoln that was more than fair. I would like to thank Tom and the rest of the staff at White Bear Lincoln for providing excellent customer service.
