These guys offer the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are kind and patient and leave you feeling like part of the family. They went above and beyond and made car buying completely enjoyable when it can be so stressful. Thank you guys so so much!!!

It was a pleasant experience I had done my research on the vehicles I was considering and Dan Graham really understood I knew what I wanted and what to expect. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and listened to my expectations. He was able to easily answer questions and make the entire experience of buying a car comfortable and easy. (September 14, 2020, 10:51 am)Fiance' and I purchased a grand cherokee trailhawk. We worked with Emmanuel and Milissa and they were phenomenal! Honestly I planned on shopping around a few places on my list, but we were sold with the wonderful vehicle and customer service. There was no pressure, no stuffiness, very helpful and knowledgeable, efficient and just great people with great customer service! We recommend them highly, and are very happy with our new jeep. Both Emmanuel and Ragy were very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. The best part, is that they were NOT pushy. They understood that I was looking into a new vehicle and was pretty nervous about change and worked with me during the process. I went in sure as can be with what I wanted and it ended up being something totally different. They offered other suggestions based on what I was looking for and in my pretty slim budget.
I definitely recommend working with Barnett. They were awesome and helped me find my next vehicle. -

What went to the white bear dealership looking for a Jeep Wrangler, he came out showed us a 2018 Red Wrangler. We test drove it and instinctively wanted the Jeep. James was great at giving us all details of the Jeep knowledge that he knew. Even cracked a few jokes together! If you’re looking for a honest and great personality sales person to talk to. I’d say go to James, he may be young, but don’t let that make you feel he can’t give you information about the vehicle you’re interested in. If it wasn’t for James personality and him being so straightforwardly honest. I would of just passed him up for another sales person at a dealership. Everyone else at the dealership was very helpful as well! Thanks a lot again James, we will be back when it comes to another Jeep! Keep up the good work!
