Pretty good spot for a used car, and their customer service is fantastic. Super personable and ready to help. I got my car, and the next day noticed the AC wasn't working. I called them up and explained the problem and asked if they could look at it since I was guaranteed everything worked properly. They looked at it, found several other things that needed some work, fixed my car, and did it free of charge. That's good customer service, especially once you've already signed and drove off with the car.

I would like to being saying to anyone looking at any used cars the people that work here are fantastic to work with. Spoke with Jerry over the phone and he was great at answering question and I never caught the taller gentlemans name but he was the one that helped me when I got there to check the vehicle out. After deciding on the vehicle Alex helped me get pointed out in the direction for finance and got me all squared away.
I am glad to be done with the car buying experience never enjoyed buying cars. The folks here will defiantly make it much easier experience on you.

my wife and i found this dealer online, and gave them a call. and jerry was so helpful, he explained every single details, answered all of our questions. even he checked on us after we got the car if there is something he can help with. its been 2 weeks since you got our car from them and we are so happy. we will definitely recommend them.

Vera Auto is one of the best used car sale places in Cities. I checked with other garages and Vera Auto was cheaper. They are very honest, friendly, helpful non-pressuring stuff and always a wide variety cars to choose from. My wife and I had excellent service at Vera Auto Sales.
