This was our first experience at Barnett Kia, in White Bear Lake, MN. This is a locally/family owned business that has been around for many years. Ken, the salesman, and I bonded over our love of Brooklyn but he quickly helped me figure out what kind of car suited me best. I had been driving a company car for 15 years and this was my first time buying a new car for myself in a long time. My exact model wasn’t on the lot but I was able to test drive a similar one and then see my exact year and model in a Seltos that was sold and leaving later that day. I was able to pick mine up tonight after waiting a couple weeks and I am very happy. No surprises or delays. The car came in a week early and Chris got me settled in Finance and Ken helped me set up the features with my phone so I was very comfortable leaving the lot.

I was in the market for a new Kia Soul since I passed my 2014 Kia Soul down to my daughter. I loved my older Kia Soul so much that I knew I had to get another. I reached out to Barnett Kia in White Bear Lake to check out their inventory. Of course inventory is very low nationwide but my salesman, Alex Garcia, let me know that the car I wanted was en route to their showroom and would be available in 2-3 weeks. The car arrived earlier than I expected. Alex had all my paperwork ready and Melissa in the Finance Dept. also made my experience very enjoyable. Alex assisted me in setting up my phone and explaining all the new safety features of the vehicle as well as pre-scheduling my 1st oil change and maintenance.
