“Steve is honest and excellent about what should be done and what he is willing to do. Otherwise he will refer you elsewhere. Came in for a check engine light on the dash and was able to slip me in for quick look at the code. Sent me off without a charge and if it came back on what he would do next. Code has not come back and that was over one year ago. Since then had him do a Timing Belt and repair a leaking in the Power Steering system. Very happy.”

“1. Tom called me right away and was able to get my car in the next day. Transportation was an issue, so he let me use a loaner car. 2. I was impressed with the 'work around' with a part that my dealership had posted incorrectly in their catalog. It would have cost 3x the amount and take longer to get due to being out of stock. Instead, Tom welded a cheaper part that was in stock to fit and works great! 3. I put a used switch in for auto windows that worked only on passenger window. Tom, again was able to work with my old part & used part to create a quality working switch. I'm thrilled that both windows are working now. Thanks so much for your ingenuity and quick repair to my car! It's running great. I will be calling on you for any other mechanical needs.”

I brought my vehicle to them for collision repair simply because they have a contract with my car insurance and I didn't have a preferred shop, however I think they've turned me into a lifelong customer. Repairs only took them 2.5 days. I was called each day with updates until it was complete. I love that they don't leave you guessing on what the total cost or services will be like other shops/dealerships often do. The best part was returning to a SPOTLESS vehicle! And I mean spotless! Completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Overall 10/10 shop that goes above and beyond expectations for their customers.”

I had KOVO catered for my wedding this past weekend and not only was the food delicious and loved by everyone but the person that came went above and beyond by making sure everything was set up on time, set up nicely, packed nicely when everyone was finished, and even made sure small details were completed (even my coordinator didn't realize these small tasks were not complete). “We have been taking our 3 cars to this Brausen Auto shop for 8+ years and they have been very good to us. I wanted to take this moment to say a heartfelt "thank you" to Ryan who went over and beyond the call of duty. We had just gotten a new battery put in our Toyota Camry, then drove to Costco Maplewood to get groceries when our car failed to start - again. I, immediately, phoned Ryan and told him what happened. It was, end of the day, near closing, but he assured us that someone would be out to take us (and our frozen groceries) home and a separate tow to bring back the vehicle to their shop in Arden Hills. Well, Ryan showed up himself, pretty quick, and did some quick tests to see if it would start, helped us grab all our belongings and groceries, and rescued us in his brand-new ride all the way home to Blaine. To say the least, I was very impressed and grateful with his level of care and can't thank him enough for taking such good care of us. We, also, find them competitive in pricing, trustworthy and prompt, which is why we continue trusting them with our vehicles.”
