I am not sure if them knowing my name is good for me because it means I visit maybe a bit too much, but it is a nice touch. Staff focuses on the person rather than the outcome. “Mom here! My 8 year old wanted to learn to snowboard and I've been a downhill skier thus far. New territory for both my son and I! I promised to learn with my son and.... NO idea what we needed. First impression with the staff: Really good at listening to what we were going into and why. They were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I had questions from boards, bindings and boots to clothing, protection, waxing/sharping and outerwear. I can't emphasize enough how patient the staff was. I felt confident and comfortable with the help gearing up the both of us. In addition to that they helped with outerwear for my 10 year old skiing son Great group of folks here! “I signed up for a scuba refresher course through Air Down There and I am so grateful that I did. I hadn't been on a dive in 10 years and I was quite rusty. There was a classroom portion of the class as well as a pool portion, which they fit all in one (long-ish) evening which was great. Be sure to do the homework that they provide you with beforehand so you're set up for success! My instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about diving which made for a rich experience. Following the class, I felt secure in my pending dive plan, and competent regarding the "need to know" and "emergency" safety items for my next dive. My dive following the refresher course was in Costa Rica and I was able to dive in confidence. I will be back there for any future diving needs. Thank you, Air Down There!”
