“Donivan, the maintenance guy. Geri, the apartment complex manager. Those two are what makes this place great. Has nothing to do with the company. Also, love the upkeep of cleaning the building. One thing I would like to see changed is the recycling getting picked up more often so it’s not overflowing too often as it is now and that the vehicles in the underground that aren’t moved for over 1 year and counting would be towed. Price for what I pay is good comparatively to how prices are in other cities. I’ve had maybe 2 complaints in about 1.25 years. Overall great area to be. Love the low noise level compared to what I have had in the past.”

“Love living here. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and it is wonderful. The apartment building is only around three years old, so everything is in good condition and looks beautiful. We love our apartment and it's lakeview balcony. With the lake just steps away from the apartment building, we really like the quick access to the outdoor activities that we can do. The property is perfect for anyone with a dog, since there is so many trails nearby to walk. The amenities are great. There are two patios overlooking the lake on the property. One of which is on the rooftop with a grill and enough furniture to entertain a small party, while the other has two grills and two fire pits to stay warm on those cooler nights. One of my most favorite of the amenities is the coffee and hot chocolate bar that is available for use anytime, stocked with anything you could possibly need to make a great cup of coffee 😀. There is also a beautiful downstairs entertainment room that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, tv, granite countertop island, furniture, and guest restrooms, which can be scheduled to use for parties and events. The location is great too, with restaurants, a super Target and a Cub foods just across the street from the property. The staff here are friendly, personable, and very responsive with whatever you need. Sheila, Dani, and Kevin all make Jonathon Flats a wonderful place to live. It would not be the same without them.”
