“We responded to a listing on Zillow and were referred to Elizabeth (Peck). What a great stroke of good luck! I was living in Tennessee and my partner, Caroline, was living in St. Paul, MN. I would travel to St. Paul periodically for a visit and to investigate real estate possibilities. “So hear is the deal... This place is not new and never will be so don't expect it to be. With that being said it is pretty darn awesome! The lake is literally out your back door and they have a very nice floating dock to swim and enjoy the lake from. Residents are all very nice and friendly and feels like a safe place for kids to be around. I have two kids that love the water and we are able to enjoy the lake as if we spent 500K on a lake home but we did not. The management company has been very good to work with also. They do have a towing policy so if you do not have permit park in the visitor parking or you will get towed. I did have an indecent when we first moved here when we did not know this policy but Kelly helped us out and made everything right and made a very positive out of a negative situation. She has been awesome! Five stars all the way for Kelly! Long story short I would recommend North shore to anyone that enjoys the lake and wants to live on the water but does not have the budget to buy a lake house. Our unit even has a stream to look over from our balcony, the kids enjoy watching the ducks and fish. This is a very cool place and don't think there are many apartments that will allow this type of access to the lake like the way North shore is set up. You can even keep a canoe or kayak on the property if you have one. Highly recommend North shore apartments to people like us that can't get enough of the lake life.”

“I am not sure why there a bad reviews on google. From the tour to moving in, the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. Erin in the business office was awesome to deal with. She went over all my lease paperwork step by step. They're always there to answer my questions. If I report a maintenance issue, they are here the next business day and potentially the same day if it isn't too late in the day. My apartment got all new flooring before I moved in. I feel safe in the parking lot. It is quiet and clean place to live.”

“I've been here 5 years. The unit was completely rehabbed before I moved in. Everything except the walls was brand new. Over the years there have been some shady ppl living here, but most of those people are gone. This place has become a nice place to live. There are a few trouble makers still living here, but I hope they will soon be gone too. The Wolkowicz's are very quick to respond to repairs. I do not have any bugs or mice. Pay your rent on time, treat others office staff and neighbors with respect and you'll love living here.”
