Bought a pair of safety toe shoes 5 months ago and had a seam tear causing the lace to break inside the shoe (weird design). After Matt inspected the shoe and he determined it was a warranty issue. Without hesitation he replaced my 5 month old shoes for a brand new pair. Was able to continue working with no down time without any cost. I am not sure if them knowing my name is good for me because it means I visit maybe a bit too much, but it is a nice touch. Staff focuses on the person rather than the outcome. If you are looking for a high quality family atmosphere that provide excellent shoes, boots, and apparel items this is the place for you. The staff even puts up with my crazy kids! “Mom here! My 8 year old wanted to learn to snowboard and I've been a downhill skier thus far. New territory for both my son and I! I promised to learn with my son and.... NO idea what we needed. First impression with the staff: Really good at listening to what we were going into and why. They were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I had questions from boards, bindings and boots to clothing, protection, waxing/sharping and outerwear. I can't emphasize enough how patient the staff was. I felt confident and comfortable with the help gearing up the both of us. In addition to that they helped with outerwear for my 10 year old skiing son Great group of folks here!
