It seems to me that this Target, like all the others, carries less and less products to the point where there is no longer a reason for me to shop at Target with Walmart and Menards so close by.”

“Have you ever traveled to Japan, or China, or Korea, or Vietnam, or Indonesia? Well, I have many times. If you have traveled to Asia, I am sure you're like me - always craving a certain food that you had over there and which you have simply given up trying to find here in Minnesota. Well, my buddy said, "oh, you should check out United Noodles". "what?" says me? Never heard of it. Well......... Now I am their biggest fan! I traveled up Hiawatha and followed Google Maps to UN. At least I thought I did - it's in kind of a warehouse kind of place - parking is along the side of another warehouse. If you see the new "Coastal Seafood" location, turn into the alley in between the two warehouses. OR, follow all the Asian descent people (and crazy Caucasian people like me)! The place was a veritable zoo on the day I went there - crowded with people. This is a warehouse filled with Asian foods, spices, cooking oils, candies, frozen foods, drinks, noodles (dah, the name), meats, produce (I took a photo of true Japanese daikon!!!!) and even cooking pots, pans, dishes and Asian toys! Truly overwhelming on the first time I went to UN. Plan to spend an hour or more just walking through the enormous warehouse-type building. I wandered through the place, marveling at the number of authentic Japanese and Korean foods that I saw on the shelves. Unbelievable, really. I have traveled to Japan for 125 days between 2017 - 2019. I fell in love with the foods and the culture of Japan. Now that I "discovered" UN, I can taste my "omoide" of my travels through Japan. Oh, and what food was I specifically never found in MN until United Noodles? Authentic Japanese "natto" (fermented soybeans all gooey and smelly), authentic soba noodles, and Japanese Mayonaise. Oh, and real Korean kimchi. I found all of them at UN! I have now shopped many times at UN. If you miss your time in Asia, or you're of Asian descent and miss the foods of your childhood, get to UN. Seriously. Prices were a bit higher, but these are unique foods that are mostly unavailable in any other shopping store in MN. So unique! 5 star baby. Hontouni sugoi deshita! Aishite imasu, United Noodles!”

“I needed to replace my carpet on my stairway and in my living room in spite of having replaced it 8 years ago with the "bargain" brand. I get a LOT of traffic in m home because I have scrapbookers in my home on a regular basis and grandchildren, etc. When Peter told me the new carpet would hold up, I trusted him. And he was true to his word. Pete did a great job installing it, also. I HIGHLY recommend them if you really want quality carpet and master craftsmen in your home. “Tare is a beautiful store, kind staff, and since I tend to spill (in life in general) wherever I go, it's so nice to have towels around the shelves just for that purpose! I always get excited to refill my jars and containers at Tare, and pick up a little sweet treat like the chocolate pretzels 🤗 The only thing is sometimes the price, for example this shaker of garlic granules (garlic powder) came out to $13.71, when at the chain stores it might only be a few bucks. A refill bottle of body wash for $8.57, perhaps double what the original bottle cost at Target. I wish I could shop more at Tare as I'd love to support less packaging and waste, but the prices (for me) are somewhat of a barrier. 😭”

“I had a bad corneal abrasion over a holiday weekend. 6 hours in the ER, no relief, and excruciating pain = no sleep that night. My mom goes to this clinic and suggested I try the emergency number. Dr Mix was on-call, and met me at the office right away for an emergency consult on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend. She was absolutely wonderful and helped me deal with one of the most painful injuries I’ve ever had. Answered all my questions and finally was able to get some sleep that night. Cannot recommend this place or Dr Mix more enthusiastically. I live over an hour away and will drive to this clinic just for the care I was given. They have definitely gained a new client!”
