“Good, Old Fashioned Customer Service This review is for Sherri in Customer Service who took my frustrated call on how on earth I was supposed to put a light bulb into this lovely light fixture. She called me back the next day as promised and left me instruction on how to remove the "harp" to insert the bulb. It looked as though the harp was soldered into place but it turns out that little tabs on the sides could be lifted to squeeze the harp out of its place, screw in the light bulb and replace the harp and the lampshade. I guess I just have a good appreciation for old fashioned customer service - and Sherri provided that for me today. :)”

“Service was excellent as well as the food. My server was spot on and didn't miss a beat. Food arrived in the right amount of time and was not only great but piping hot. So, I will update a little over six weeks, and I am back. Tonight had the 16oz rib eye house salad and for appetizer the bayou bread. Everything was excellent and flavored perfectly. The salad was definitely fresh, and the bayou bread was a delightful surprise. Again, the server was spot on and attentive. Definitely a place to come to for a great meal.”

“Wow - super delicious Shrimp Tacos and a delicious medium sized Strawberry Margarita! (with a good portion of alcohol - more than I needed!). The shrimp were fresh and sizable, the toppings of lettuce, pico, sour cream, and cheese sauce were excellent. The soft tortillas and rice were also fresh and very good. A generous portion of chips came with the meal. The server was cheerful and very friendly.”
