“Not a perfect experience, to be fair people do make mistakes & this one wasn't huge. Took a PTO(Power Take Off)Shaft from my tractor that had split apart while tilling our garden into them to see if they could fix it & he said that they could. The young man that helped me asked if I wanted it the same length or if I wanted the new one to be longer & I said to go ahead & make it longer, so he wrote the info down for the service department with the new length & said it would take about an hour & that they would call when it was done. After 5 hours & no call I decided to swing by & see if they where finished with it & they were done, but, it was the same length as before. They offered to re-do it, which was admirable, but I told them that I wouldn't be back in the area for at least 2 weeks so I took it as it is. Small complaint. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship & with the politeness of the employees. A perfect visit would have been 5 stars.”
