“THANK YOU Dr. Harper and staff! We got our kiddo's vision screening and eyewear at Vision Source - Raymore this year and were blown away by the staff and their caring nature. What made it even better was when life happened and our kiddo broke his glasses all I had to do was make a call and they took care of the rest! But wait...there's more.... The backup pair of glasses, not bought at Vision Source, had something happen to the lenses and they were blurry. I took them up there asking to have lenses made and they told me that most places warranty the lenses. They sealed the deal with my loyalty there! They could have not said a word and made some money off of me getting lenses for a frame they don't sell but they put people first. Guess what....That means I'll be back and so will my checkbook! The staff did do their best to resolve the issue and i was able to meet with someone that day. I have yet to speak with a doctor, due to the confusion during my first appointment. I will alter my rating as needed once i do. From first glance, staff is compassionate and friendly.”
