“The wife and I have needed beds for a very long time and had never bought one in a store. We always went to outlets or friends/family had given us one. I did a lot of research before landing on Prime Sleeps website. The best thing I read was, "No Sales Commission." The next thing that caught my attention was the Sleep system. Ten years ago we tried a similar competitor system, SN but, could not afford the bed afterward. Now we can afford to purchase beds but the SN was not my choice to start. The 3rd reason that really caught me was the financing choices. The next day we went into the Liberty, Mo store and was greeted, Dan. He began his pitch (we were not put off by his approach) and pointed out the sleep system, which was our second reason for choosing to start at Prime Sleep. He was a bit stymied that I had already researched PS and knew much of their systematic approach. I must also admit that the wife and I don't sleep in the same room because of the hours of sleep between us are opposite each other so we were purchasing 2 beds for 2 rooms. Our numbers were almost the same. Hers was a 4 and mine was 3 3/4 but our weight differences made all the difference in which beds we needed and preferred. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fitment for both of us. He even showed us the adjustable bases, which we both needed but only asked for one because we didn't think we would be able to afford the payment for two. After trying out 4 different types of beds and different pillows, we landed on our preferred beds. Now came our 3rd reason for visiting Prime Sleep. It was the financing choices. You don't get one type of financing which many people don't qualify for, you get 3 different types. Like most people, one person doesn't always have a perfect credit line and the other does as we found out, but Dan didn't stop there with the first denial. He ran one more check for us and voila! We were approved. Now I wish I had purchased the second adjustable base because our payments are lower than I realized they would be. 0% interest for 48 months? I wish all our finances were that. Our beds are being delivered in 3 days. We are very happy to have done business with Dan and Prime Sleep. We will return to PS in the future.”

“Dropped by to look for a replacement recliner as we were passing on our current La-Z-Boy to a needy relative and ours fit the demands of his disabilities. We found a really nice Talladega model that was a rocker as well as a recliner with power reclining, etc. Ended up buying two they were so nice and my wife was enthralled with the lumbar support feature. Bruce, the gentleman that assisted us with the purchase, was more than hospitable and we were very comfortable dealing with him on the products we decided to purchase. Second time we've purchased here and gotten all leather seating for our home. We love it! We'll be back!”

“I'm surprised at other reviews. We had nothing but excellent service. In February of 2018 we were planning to put our house on the market but first needed to replace the dishwasher. My brother recommended we go with the Bosch brand and said they'd purchased their's from Factory Direct. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and offered information on the differences between models. When we told him our plan he even offered a lower-priced model. We discussed models with soft food disposer (which our current model had) and he indicated that sometimes the filters get clogged which results in not washing properly. We decided to go home and check ours before committing to the purchase. No worries from the salesman. When we determined that we did need to purchase a new dishwasher we called him up and placed the order over the phone. Installation was on time and completed with respect for our property. The experience was so positive that we've ordered the same washer from Factory Direct Appliance for our new home. I highly recommend them!”

“A few weeks back Charles Lam spent over an hour with us explaining all about mattresses and the differences between various brands. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. We visited some other mattress stores and none provided anywhere near the level of service that Charles did. So today we returned to Wilshire Plaza (driving an hour and past many mattress stores). Once again, Charles took his time with us and did not put undo pressure on us. As a result, we bought two mattresses and adjustable basis from him. Thank you Charles!”

“I went to HomeGoods for the first time today. I found lots of awesome name branded items for what a normal item would cost. I also like that they had a mix of lower and higher priced items.
