  A few weeks back Charles Lam spent over an hour with us explaining all about mattresses and the differences between various brands. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. We visited some other mattress stores and none provided anywhere near the level of service that Charles did. So today we returned to Wilshire Plaza (driving an hour and past many mattress stores). Once again, Charles took his time with us and did not put undo pressure on us. As a result, we bought two mattresses and adjustable basis from him. Thank you Charles!

  David was awesome and answered all of the questions we had. Provided great service and was able to get us the bed we need! Also saved us a ton of money!

  Brandon was fantastic! I gave him my price range and he helped me get a great deal on a great bed! I felt no sales pressure and enjoyed my experience. I would recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a great bed and great savings.

  Brandon was AMAZING! He was very funny and has a personality! Most sales people I’ve come to meet just want to pressure you into buying something, that was not the case with Brandon. He answered all of our questions and even found us a bed below our price point. I will highly recommend this location and Brandon a million times over. ????????????

  We can say this was hands down a great way to buy a mattress from Brandon! He gave us the best information and the service was excellent! Knowing you have a staff member that knows you are making a purchase that deals with your everyday life and going through everything unlike the competitors was a easy decision.
  And, we got next day delivery so we couldn’t wait to get on our new bed!
