We had a very good experience. We had done some research & knew what we wanted. Jade the sales associate showed us what options we had and we were able to make the best decision for our needs. She was very professional and easy to work with. We look forward to receiving our bed. This is the 4th sleep number bed we have purchased.

Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. Despite the few hiccups on my order, we had a good experience. Dont use gps to guide you because you may end up at their old location. Very happy with the savings they offered and the detail they put into every visit. 3 week turnaround for delivery, not bad.

Our buying experience was great! Jim was patient with us and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and covered things that we didn't think of. We can't wait to get our Sleep Number!
