Looked in the mirror loved them. Looked at some $160 Oakley's that weren't on sale tried them on. Nope went with the Ray bans. This whole transaction took maybe 5mins! “A few weeks back Charles Lam spent over an hour with us explaining all about mattresses and the differences between various brands. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. We visited some other mattress stores and none provided anywhere near the level of service that Charles did. So today we returned to Wilshire Plaza (driving an hour and past many mattress stores). Once again, Charles took his time with us and did not put undo pressure on us. As a result, we bought two mattresses and adjustable basis from him. Thank you Charles!”

“Great place for rolled ice cream with over 20 flavors and over 20 toppings. It's fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you on the anti-griddle and then you get to add toppings. If you get a syrup they put it on the ice cream before rolling it and will make a design or write your name. The price is structured great as they have it set to be an even $6 after tax with 1 flavor of ice cream and 3 toppings included. Great family owned business for a family to go and get a nice dessert. We will definitely go back!”

“Great store and great service!! Needed two replacement Delta faucet assemblies (originals were over 17 years old) as well as two seats and springs. Went to both Home Depot, where I waited for almost half an hour for assistance, as well as Lowes. The associates at both stores weren't very helpful and weren't even sure if what they found would even fit. I googled 'plumbing supplies' in Liberty and saw Neenan's website so I went up there. Ren waited on me as soon as I walked in. She looked closely at my old parts, looked up the replacements, but unfortunately the store was out of stock. Less than an hour later she called me back explaining she had kept looking and had found the correct parts; they were just in the wrong area of the store. Ren went the extra mile to help me solve my leaking faucet. She was very courteous, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. And Neenan's replacement parts were much cheaper than either Home Depot or Lowes. I had the parts installed in about 15 minutes and my faucets work perfectly. Ren knows her stuff; she is an definite asset to the company!! I highly recommend Neenan's for all your plumbing needs.”
